My property had been on the market with a different Realtor for 6 months with little action. We took it off of the market and within a week Melissa had found us a buyer so we relisted with her. It was a difficult process that Melissa handled with professional expertise. We had a contingent offer on another property, the buyers she brought had a contingent offer on our property and theirs had to sell. Melissa worked with 2 escrow companies and 2 other Realtors to insure that the purchase(s) went through. I don't envy her job but she handled it speedily and with professionalism.
