New Home Buyers Alert - don’t give up your right to having a real estate agent represent you when buying a new home from the builder/new home commmunity.

Remember that in order for you to keep your right to have your own agent represent you that you must do the following when considering buying a new construction home

REGISTERING: On the buyers / clients first visit to the community or on their first visit to preview event (the real estate agent must accompany them), you must complete our Broker Registration form with your agent. If the client has not visited the community or attended a preview event before, we will allow the agent to register them and attach the agents info to the buyers’ file. The buyer cannot have an agent represent them if their agent does not accompany them on their first visit to the community/new home sales office.
